Hi!  Welcome to my blog, my name is Dana!  I am a wife, mom to 2 boys, part-time dental hygienist, online fitness coach and going to be getting my group exercise certification.  I love all things fitness.  My fitness journey started 3 years ago when I joined a corporate fitness challenge at our local gym.  Since then I have become a runner, running 5 half marathons with my husband, a group exercise junkie and a huge fan of P90X3 and 21 day fix.  We are a busy family, my boys play soccer, hockey and baseball.  Fitness is important to me so I make time for it every day even though it isn't always easy.  If you are looking for inspiration, accountability, fitness tips and recipes you will love this blog.  I am so glad you stopped by and hope you will continue to do so.
